News came out a few days ago that Iran had been jamming Starlink signals in an effort to clamp down on protests. Starlink is invaluable to many people, but in that situation it would be nice to have a transceiver to reach the outside world. MUCH harder to jam when the operator is deliberately being evasive. Admittedly, it’s difficult to get image or video files out of the country by ham radio, but anything is better than nothing. 73.
